Noel E. Ritter, LCPC is a thoughtful therapist who combines a relational approach to counseling with sound clinical judgment. With over a decade of clinical experience, Noel has had the privilege of working with courageous, hardworking, and introspective clients—many of whom have been a deep source of inspiration. He is passionate about walking alongside individuals and partnering with them as they pursue healing, growth, and wholeness.
Noel frequently supports clients navigating anxiety, trauma, and spiritual concerns. He provides space to explore issues related to family dynamics, racial identity, gender and sexuality, and faith transitions. He approaches each person with curiosity, respect, and empathy.
Noel also enjoys working with those in the helping professions—including therapists, teachers, social workers, first responders, and medical professionals—who are often navigating the complexities of care-giving roles and burnout.
Noel holds a Master’s degree in Counseling and Organizational Psychology from the Adler School of Professional Psychology and a Bachelor’s degree in Christian Education from Taylor University. He spent nearly 10 years in youth development and racial justice work on the West side of Chicago. His unique educational background enriches his work with a thoughtful integration of psychological insight, systems thinking, and faith-based identity development.
In his free time, Noel enjoys cycling, tinkering on bikes, spending time in nature and enjoying all sorts of music with his family.
