Meg Madvig, LCSW

Meg Madvig, LCSW, has experience with adolescents, adults, couples and families. She enjoys coming alongside individuals who are seeking change and she sees her role as a collaborator on this journey. She is relational and hopeful and draws off each individual’s inherent strengths.

Her background includes working with issues of grief and loss, depression and anxiety, adjustment to chronic and terminal illness, dealing with trauma and abuse, parenting support, relationship issues and life transitions. She also has experience with adults with developmental disabilities. She has studied the impact of post-partum depression on couples’ relationships and has conducted research on the prevalence and experience of depression and anxiety in women who became mothers through adoption.


Meg is relational and hopeful and draws off each individual’s inherent strengths.

Meg received her Master of Social Work from Loyola University Chicago. She begins each day with a good cup of coffee and a walk with her dog, Wally.
